Ortega Falls at -33382, 32806 Ortega Highway, Lake Elsinore, California.

The falls is a great place to visit for a really short hike. Be warned, if it hasn't rained in a bit, there will not be much water in the water fall.
Second, you need to wear good hiking boots, not tennis shoes. You will roll your ankle. Most of the trail is not well defined with large rocks and steep slopes.
Third, the biggest mistake I see people make here is timing. Don't go here around 530pm and expect to have a good time. You will get stuck here in the dark if you do not have a powerful light (not an iPhone light).

If you can check all these boxes, this is a great hidden jem of SoCal. I love bringing people here who have never heard of it.
