Papa John's Pizza at 18285 Collier Avenue #1h, Lake Elsinore, California.

Been ordering a delicious Hawaiian BBQ pizza to share w the staff at work... we have been ordering this for about 2 weeks now, every couple days or so. Last night we placed an order and once we realized it hadn't arrived I checked my phone which had a message from the driver. He said there was a terrible accident on grand and he couldn't get past to to get to us. There was no way around it and no way to get to us. The accident was legit, the road was blocked. Because of fatalities... however, contrary to the driver's claim, there was still a route to our shop.... around the lake and down corydon. Papa johns refused to take this route. They even passed me off to a very rude manager who I did not ask to speak to. I was calm during the call but was being shouted excuses at me, before I could even ask the questions. When I finally asked, "your driver can't come around the other side of the lake?" Manager replied "no, we don't do that". Just shows this staff and manager is there to collect paychecks and literally refused to go the extra mile for its customers. They offered no consolation or future reassurances so they have officially lost our company's business.
